<strong>01</strong>What cities are nearby?
Nearby cities are Estérel (5 min.), Ste-Adèle (15 min), Saint-Sauveur (20 min) Val-David (20 min) and Mont-Tremblant (45 min).
<strong>02</strong> What activities can we do on site?

Throughout the year, you can enjoy the facilities of the outdoor spa located on the terrace offering a wonderful view of the lake, the dry sauna and the gym.

In winter, we have direct access to the Trans-Québec snowmobile trail and the longest maintained outdoor ice ring in North America, the Lac Masson skating rink.

In the summer, our marina offers pontoon, kayak, paddle boat, paddle board and row boat rentals.

<strong>03</strong> What activities can we do around?
In summer, enjoy the public beach, the water sports of the Marina, hiking trails, mountain biking and quad biking, golf and tennis courts, horse riding, ziplines, archery and more!

In winter, enjoy the large 8km skating rink on Lake Masson, snowshoeing, cross-country skiing and snowmobile trails as well as 12 alpine ski resorts within an hour’s drive.

Throughout the year, you can enjoy the numerous festivals and events organized in the region, the Pine cinema of Ste-Adèle and the restaurants and shops of the city of Sainte-Adèle and Saint-Sauveur.

<strong>04</strong> What are the opening hours of the facilities?
The rooftop spa, exercise room and sauna are open according to the opening hours of the front desk, which are subject to change without notice.
<strong>05</strong> What are the opening hours of the gym and sauna?
The gym and sauna are open every day from 7 am to 10 pm.
<strong>06</strong> Is it possible to fish at Lac Masson?

Fishing is allowed on the Masson, North and Dupuis lakes for tenants with their fishing license. The free fishing vignette is available at Ste-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson City Hall. It is the tenant’s responsibility to comply with the standards and laws governing this practice. However, it is forbidden to fish on docks or on the beach.

<strong>07</strong> Is it possible to make a fire outside?

Open fires and fireworks are prohibited. We have a large fireplace in our backyard facing Lac Masson. The wood is provided and the lights are maintained for you! For special requests, please contact the administration.

 

<strong>08</strong> Are there BBQs available for the condos?
There are no BBQs available, however you can choose a condo with full kitchen so you have all the equipment needed to prepare your meals.
The reservations
<strong>01</strong> What are the arrival and departure hours?

The condo will be available from 16 pm on the day of your reservation and must be vacated by 11 am on the day of departure.

What are the rates for early arrivals and late departures?

  • Early arrival at 1 pm: $50 plus taxes
  • Late check out at 1 pm: $50 plus taxes
  • Late check-out not allowed: $100 plus taxes
  • Late check out at 8 pm: $150 plus taxes

<strong>02</strong> Is it possible to arrive earlier to enjoy the services of the resort?

Yes, a luggage deposit is at your disposal to allow you to enjoy the location while waiting for your condo.
We also have a cloakroom.

<strong>03</strong> What are the rates for early arrivals and late departures?

<strong>04</strong> Is it possible to make a reservation without a credit card?
A credit card guarantee is mandatory when booking. All reservation requests received without a credit card will not be processed.
<strong>05</strong> Is it possible to modify a reservation?

You can change your reservation by contacting an accommodation advisor by phone at 450-228-4400 or 1-844-928-4400, or by email (Web shortcuts Contact Us).

<strong>06</strong> What are the registration procedures?

It is necessary to register at the front desk to receive your access cards for your condo and instructions. The person in whose name the booking is made must present himself with a valid ID (driver’s license, passport, health insurance card) and a credit card in order to proceed with the security deposit of $250. If you plan to arrive outside our opening hours, simply notify us and we will inform you of the arrival procedure.

<strong>07</strong> What is the security deposit and how much is it?

A security deposit of $250 will be preauthorized on your credit card the day of your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in case of any damage to the property of Le Viking Resort & Marina. We have 24 hours after your departure to carry out the inspection of the rented unit. louée. If the inspection is approved, the sum will be released and released within a period of up to 10 days depending on your credit card used.

<strong>08</strong> What are the cancellation policies of the Resort?
You can cancel your reservation without penalty if more than 7 days before the day of your arrival (local time) unless otherwise specified on your reservation or if an early booking discount is applied. If you cancel after this period, please note that we will charge a fee of 50% of the total amount of the reservation, plus applicable taxes and additional charges. If the cancellation is the same day, we only refund the taxes.
<strong>09</strong> When will the prepayment of the total amount of the reservation be taken from your credit card?
The charge will be made within 24 hours of your reservation.
<strong>10</strong> What does the accommodation rate include?
The accommodation rate includes the rental of your condo, hospitality products, complete bedding, beach towels, two Nespresso capsules, the high-speed Internet network and access to all our facilities such as the spa , the dry sauna, the gym and the marina.
<strong>11</strong> Do children pay the full price?
Children 12 and under stay free. Proof may be required.

The condominiums

<strong>01</strong> What are the differences between the different condos?

We have condo studios as well as condos starting from one to three bedrooms. Despite certain standards, each of our condos are unique! The majority have complete kitchens but we also offer some units with kitchenettes.

<strong>02</strong> What's in the kitchenettes or complete kitchens?

Kitchenettes come with mini-refrigerators, microwaves, toasters, kettles, filter coffee-makers and Nespresso coffee-makers.

The full kitchens contain a large refrigerator, a stove and are perfectly equipped with everything you need to cook. Most units have a dishwasher.

Equipment found in kitchenettes and complete kitchens: plates, utensils, glasses, cups, wine cups, bowls, mixing bowls, measuring spoons, cheese grater, scissors, can opener, bottle opener, water jug, chopping boards, pyrex dishes, oven mittens and under dishes, dish towels, placemats, salt and pepper shakers.

Clean kitchen equipment: Set of pots and pans, cookie sheets and pizza, salad spinner and steamer.

<strong>03</strong> What other amenities do we find in cottage condos?
Our condos also include irons and ironing boards, hair dryers, clock radios, coat hangers, laundry baskets, brooms, first aid kits, telephones and fire extinguishers.

<strong>06</strong> Is there a maximum capacity per condo?

The number of people, including children under four, sleeping in the rental property, must not exceed the maximum capacity of the rooms of your condo (2 people for studios, 4 people for condos 1 bedroom, 6 people for 2 bedroom condos as well as 8 people for 3 bedroom condos). Please note that there is a $45 charge per additional person for guests using the sofa bed. Failure to comply with this condition will terminate this agreement. A fee of $300 may apply in case of complaint or disturbance of the neighborhood.

<strong>07</strong> Are animals accepted?

Dogs are allowed at Le Viking Resort & Marina site and in some condos. A surplus of $19 or $49 per stay will be charged to your reservation. In case of damage and / or inconvenience, a penalty of $150 will be deducted from the deposit and the costs incurred for the cleaning caused by your animals will be automatically charged.

<strong>08</strong> Do we have to clean the condo before leaving?
We ask you to wash your dishes before leaving or put them in the dishwasher. It is also requested to throw your garbage in the waste chute provided for this purpose, near the elevators. In case of non fulfillment of these obligations, additional fees will be charged after your departure.

 

Any damage will be charged from the booking deposit of the person in charge of the
rental. There will also be an additional charge of 15% of the total damage charge for administration purposes. The tenant is therefore responsible for the actions of any other person on the premises rented. Damages in the condo, on the premisses or outside the unit, will be charged the amount required to perform the repair by qualified persons. Thank you to inform us of any change, breakage or irregularity occurring during the stay.

 

We remind you that the furniture and objects available to the tenant must be treated with care and used only for the purpose for which they are intended.

<strong>09</strong> What type of bedding and mattresses do you offer in condos?
Our pillows and comforters are top quality T250 and are hypo-allergenic (60% cotton and 40% polyester). In addition, pocket spring mattresses are anti-chip beds.
<strong>10</strong> Is it possible to smoke in the condos?
Please note that our condos and entire facility are all non-smoking. Our inspection team will check the condition of the unit after your departure. Any damage caused by smoking inside the property will be at the expense of the renter.
<strong>11</strong> Is it possible to receive guests at our condo?

The customer must notify the reception of any presence of visitor. The guest must register at the front desk upon arrival and departure. No visitor will be tolerated after 10 pm. The night keeper will proceed to a tour to warn visitors who did not respect this term.

<strong>12</strong> Is it possible to organize festivities or parties in the condo?

In order to maintain the peace, well-being, comfort and tranquility of the neighborhood, no noise will be tolerated in the common areas after 10 pm. It is also forbidden to party or to organize a gathering exceeding the number of guests expected on the premises.

<strong>13</strong> Is there laundry service?

A laundry service is offered on each floor every day from 7 am to 9 pm. Tokens ($) are available upon request at the Visitor Center, depending on the hours of operation.

<strong>4</strong> Do you offer Internet access?
A high speed Internet network specific to each unit is offered free of charge and is accessible throughout the site.

Accessibility
<strong>01</strong> Are you planning to come to the resort from the airport?
The most efficient way is to use the services of a taxi to get to the Resort. You can contact us for references.
<strong>02</strong> Where can I park?

Indoor heated parking, and under surveillance, is available at a cost of $19 per night. You will also find some free spaces at the front of the Resort and a municipal parking lot on the other side of Chemin Masson.

  • Do you have an electric car? It is possible to use the charging station for electric vehicles ($) located in front of the Resort.
  • Do you have a trailer? It is possible to park on the Rue des Pins at no cost.
  • Do you have one or more snowmobiles? It is possible to take advantage of our indoor parking or use our outdoor parking. An area under surveillance is available.
  • You expect visitors? The municipal parking is at their disposal according to the opening hours of it.
<strong>03</strong> Can people with reduced mobility stay at the Resort?
All our condos are accessible for people with reduced mobility thanks to an elevator which allows to circulate on all floors.

<strong>01</strong> Is there a restaurant?

Le Viking Restaurant & Bar, with an impressive view of Lake Masson offers you a kitchen where the fresh food and products quality are essential. It is the dream place for an evening in couple, with family or between friends.

<strong>02</strong> What are the opening hours of the restaurant?

<strong>03</strong> Is breakfast included?

When booking your condo, breakfast is not included. You can add the European continental breakfast for $16/person.
