Our policy for dogs

We are happy to be a pet friendly establishment. Therefore, we have a few conditions.

When booking a reservation, you need to state that you will be bringing a dog as only a portion of the condos allow them.

Please note that cats are not allowed at the Viking Resort.

The terms and conditions for bringing a dog are the following:

  • It is mandatory to provide that you will be accompanied by your animal when you make your reservation.
  • A stay fee of $ 49* plus tax per dog will be charged.
  • Maximum of 2 dogs per unit.
  • Dogs are not permitted in public areas (terrace, gym, spa).
  • Dogs should always be supervised and on a leash while staying on Resort property.
  • You are responsible for your pet and cleaning up after it (must be done outside, not on the balcony.
  • All your dog’s waste must be put exclusively inside the waste chutes in a doubled bag.
  • In the event of non-compliance with the rule or any disturbance, fees of $ 250* may apply. (This amount will be deducted from your security deposit). This includes any damages to the furniture, sofa bed, blankets, towels, etc. The penalty can be up to $ 500*.
  • YOUR DOG MUST NEVER BE LEFT ALONE IN THE CONDO.
