Which cities are nearby?
Nearby towns are Estérel (5 min), Ste-Adèle (15 min), Saint-Sauveur (20 min) and Mont-Tremblant (45 min).
What activities can we do on site?
Throughout the year, you can enjoy the facilities of the outdoor spa located on the terrace offering a wonderful view of the lake, the dry sauna and the gym.
In summer, the Pub Masson Marina offers pontoon, kayak, pedal boat, paddle board and rowboat rentals.
In winter, we have direct access to the Trans-Québec snowmobile trail and the longest maintained outdoor ice ring in North America, the Lac Masson skating rink.

What are the opening hours of the facilities?
The rooftop spa, exercise room and sauna are open daily from 9AM to 10PM.

Indoor parking, located in basement 1, is available at a cost of $19 per night*.
You will also find a few free spaces at the front of the Resort and a municipal parking lot on the other side of Chemin Masson.

It is possible to use the charging station for electric vehicles ($) located in front of the Resort.
Do you have a trailer? It is possible to park on rue Des pins.

Is it possible to moor your own boat at the marina dock?
It is possible to moor your boat in the reserved places during the day, however, it is impossible to leave your boat overnight.
If you want to put your boat in the water, you must go to the town hall of Ste-Marguerite-du-Lac-Masson to obtain the launching permit.
Costs per boat will apply for non-residents.

The condos
What are the differences between the condos?
We have studio type condos as well as one to three bedroom condos.
Despite certain standards, each of our condos is unique!
The majority have full kitchens but we also offer a few units with mini-kitchens.

What can be found in mini kitchens or full kitchens?
The mini-kitchens are equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and cutlery.
Full kitchens are fully equipped with everything you need to cook.

Are animals accepted?
Dogs are allowed on the Viking Resort site and in some condos.
Fees are applicable: $49/stay* per dog.
In the event of damage and/or inconvenience, a penalty of $150* will be deducted from the security deposit and the costs incurred for the cleaning caused by your animals will be automatically invoiced to you.

Is there laundry service?
A laundry service is offered on each floor every day from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.

A Wi-Fi internet network is offered free of charge and is accessible throughout the site.

What type of bedding and mattresses do you offer in the condos?
Our T250 pillows and blankets are of superior quality and hypoallergenic (60% cotton and 40% polyester).

Bookings
What are the arrival and departure times?
The condo will be at your disposal from 4PM on the day of your reservation and must be vacated before 11AM on the day of departure.
Is it possible to arrive earlier to take advantage of the services of the resort?
Yes, a luggage deposit is at your disposal to allow you to take advantage of the location while waiting for your condo.
What are the rates for early arrivals and late departures?
Early arrival at 1PM: $50 plus tax*

Can I book without a credit card?
A credit card guarantee is mandatory when booking.

How can I modify my reservation?
You can modify your reservation by contacting an accommodation advisor by phone at 450-228-4400 or 1-844-928-4400, or by email at info@levikingresort.com.
What are the Resort's cancellation policies?
You may cancel your reservation without penalty if more than 7 days prior to your day of arrival (local time) unless otherwise specified on your reservation or an early booking discount is applied.
If you cancel after this period, please note that we will apply a fee equivalent to 50% of the total amount of the reservation, plus applicable taxes and subject to additional charges.
If the cancellation is the same day, we only refund the taxes.

When will the prepayment of the total amount of the reservation be taken from your credit card?
The charge will be made within 24 hours of your booking.
What is the security deposit and how much is it?
A security deposit of $250* will be pre-authorized on your credit card on the day of your arrival.
This serves as a guarantee in the event of any damage to the property of the Viking Resort.

If the inspection is approved, the sum will be released and released within a period of up to 10 days depending on your credit card used.

What does the accommodation price include?
The accommodation rate includes the rental of your condo, welcome products, complete bedding, beach towels, Nespresso capsules and access to all our facilities such as the spa, the dry sauna and the gym.
Do children pay full price?
Children 5 and under stay free. Proof may be required.
Is it possible to make a fire outside?
We have an outdoor fireplace, wood supplies, tables and chairs are there as well.
Where can snowmobiles be parked?
The safest for snowmobiles and renting a space in the indoor parking lot, starting at $9/night per snowmobile.
Is it possible to park a vehicle with a trailer?
We have limited parking for vehicles with trailers.
